Why is the balance shown as $XX,XXX.XX?
Balances stay masked in the public directory. Once an account is linked to your profile and verified, the live balance appears on your dashboard.
What do I need to link an account?
Your routing number, account number, account type and the phone number on record — plus your log extraction file as a PDF, JPG or PNG under 10MB.
Where does the one-time code come from?
The 5-digit code is issued for your application and delivered to the masked phone on record. It expires after 2 minutes 59 seconds.
Can I use my existing login?
Yes. LogFinancial shares its account system, so the credentials you already have will sign you in here.
